Refund policy

Thank you for the interest in our products. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us at briannashop1@outlook.com within 72 hours. Your email should include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photographs to verify the issue

We will review the case, and if the damage is deemed valid, we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion. However, if the product is deemed not to be damaged (as per our seller's discretion), you will not receive a replacement or refund.

In some cases, we may choose to issue a gift card to the buyer instead. Please note that there may be slight color differences, as these are handmade products and variations may occur.
